The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 5 /2015 dated 24th September, 2015 for the introduction of the format for the compliance report on Corporate Governance to be submitted to the Stock Exchange by the listed companies on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
