Sec.3(2) of RERA gives the conditions in which the registration is not required for any project
no registration of the real estate project shall be required—
(a) where the area of land proposed to be developed does not exceed five hundred square meters 500sqm or the number of apartments proposed to be developed does not exceed eight 8 units inclusive of all phases
Hard copies of following documents self attested to be submitted within 3 working days to concerned office:
- Application Documents
- Fee Receipt
- Email acknowledgement printout
- 2 CDs with high resolution files as uploaded
- RERA Portal Application Submission printout
