RERA registration # RERA registration process




Sec.3(2) of RERA gives the conditions in which the registration is not required for any project


no registration of the real estate project shall be required—

(a) where the area of land proposed to be developed does not exceed five hundred square meters 500sqm or the number of apartments proposed to be developed does not exceed eight 8 units inclusive of all phases

  1. Application Documents
  2. Fee Receipt
  3. Email acknowledgement printout
  4. 2 CDs with high resolution files as uploaded
  5. RERA Portal Application Submission printout
