Secretarial Audit Report is applicable on
1. Listed Companies
2. Every Public Company having paid up share capital of Rs. 50 Crore or more
3.Every Public Company having Turnover of Rs. 250 Crore or more
Secretarial Audit Report is to be provided in Format MR 3
Secretarial Auditor has to check following laws has been complied with by the Company
1. Companies Act, 2013
2. SCRA, 1956
3. Depository Act, 1996
4. Listing Agreement for Listed Companies
