Companies Amendment Act 2017 regarding Private Placement as per Section 42

 

1. The requirement of filing the record of private placement within 30 days has been omitted

2. Return of Allotment through PAS 3 is required to be filed within 15 days of allotment

3. Company is not authorised to use the fund raised unless allotment has been made and return of allotment is filed
