NCLT has issued an order that there shall be Vacation Bench at NCLT, Chandigarh from 18.06.2018 to 29.06.2018, to attend the urgent matters.
The vacation Bench shall comprises of Justice Shri. R. P. Nagrath, Member (Judicial) and Shri. Pradeep R. Sethi Member (Technical). During the vacation the urgent matters at NCLT, Chandigarh shall be taken up by the Vacation Bench on convenient date to the Hon'ble Members. However, the registry at NCLT Bench, Chandigarh shall remain open during this period.
NCLAT has issued a notice w.r.t summer vacation between 1st June, 2018 to 1st July, 2018 and working hours of the Registry, Office and the vacation Court.
The Registry and the Office will remain open on all working days except Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 AM to 04:30 PM. Filing of appeal / application etc. will be accepted between 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. No filing will be entertained thereafter. Only urgent matters will be listed before the vacation Court, after necessary permission of the Hon'ble Chairperson/Member available during the vacation period. In exceptional case, the Hon'ble Chairperson or Hon'ble Member available during the period may hold Court on any other day or beyond the aforesaid hours.
NCLAT has issued a Notice to all the stakeholders that Mobile Phone is not allowed to be carried inside the Court Rooms of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
The Learned Lawyers / Company Secretaries / Chartered Accountants, who generally address the Court may carry the Mobile Phones with them, but should place the Mobile Phones in silent mode inside the Court Rooms.
