MCA has revised the version of the eForm ADT-1 (Information to the Registrar by Company for appointment of Auditor) and Form DIR – 3KYC (Application for KYC of Directors), which will be available at Company Forms Download page soon. Stakeholders may kindly take note and are advised to check the latest version before filing. Further, MCA has come out with the FAQ’s on DIR – 3KYC to clarify various issues w.r.t OTP, attachment, certification, applicability among many other. It has also been clarified that System will not allow multiple filing of form DIR-3 KYC for an applicant. In case KYC is already filed for a DIN, and such DIN is entered again, system throws an error that the form is already filed.
