MCA has notified much awaited eForm INC-20A (Declaration for commencement of business).
The form is required to be filed by all companies incorporated on or after 02-11-2018 within 180 days from the date of incorporation.
Further, the MCA has revised the version of the eForm INC-
Form INC-22 (Notice of situation or change of situation of registered office),
Form INC-23 Application to Regional Director for approval to shift the Registered Office from one state to another state or from jurisdiction of one Registrar to another Registrar within the same State),
Form GNL-1 (Applications made to Registrar of Companies),
Form Spice (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically (SPICe) - with mandatory PAN & TAN application included),
Form FLLIP (Form for Incorporation of Limited Liability Partnership) and
Form 15 (Notice for change of place of registered office) are revised and available on Company Form Download page at MCA website.
