Companies Amendment Act 2017 regarding Managerial Remuneration

Companies Amendment Act 2017 regarding Managerial Remuneration says that the requirement of obtaining approval of central government in excess of prescribed limits of Schedule V is not required.

Instead  for making Managerial Remuneration in excess of prescribed limits of Schedule V special resolution is required

Also for making Managerial Remuneration in excess of prescribed limits of Schedule V prior approval of Bank, Financial Institution, Secured Creditor is also required.
