Annual General Meeting, EGM, Annual Return under Companies Amendment Act, 2017

Annual General Meeting, EGM, Annual Return provisions under Companies Amendment Act, 2017 says

1. Annual General Meeting of unlisted Company may be held at any place in India by all the members in advance

2. EGM: EGM of wholly owned subsdiary  incorporated outside india can be held outside India.

3. Annual Return: The Requirement of extract of Annual Return to the board report in Form MGT 9 has been omitted, Web link of the Annual Return be disclosed in the Board Report.

Further An abridged Board Report may be prescribed for OPC and small companies
