REVISING DIN & INCORPORATION PROCESS

Ministry of Corporate Affairs is in the process of revising the incorporation and DIN process

Name Reservation: MCA is proactively designing a Front Office service (replacing INC 1 with web form) for name reservation and change of name. The said service is likely to be rolled out on 26.01.2018.

INC 1 will not be available wef 6th January 2018

Where names have been reserved using INC 1 SPICE can be filed by 17.01.2018. 

FORM INC 7 shall be discontinued wef 10.01.2018 and SPICE will be the only form for incorporation of companies wef 26.01.2018.

DIN: allotment of DIN shall be done only at the appointment of Directors in respect of existing companies only

DIN in respect of New Companies will be mandatory required to be applied in SPICE Forms subject to ceiling of 3 new DIN
